Julie Wagoner is a graduate of Bates College with a degree in mathematics. She started her career as a high school mathematics teacher. In 1986 she changed careers to banking, and following 15 years of progressive banking experience, she joined Bath Savings in 2001. Julie works closely with borrowers to establish a great rapport and develop a lending package that fits their business. She was promoted to Senior Vice President Community Development/CRA in 2016. Through this work she monitors the stellar work of Bath Savings and its employees in supporting nonprofits and schools in our communities through volunteerism, donations, investments, and other banking services that support the needs of individuals with low and moderate incomes.

Julie volunteers on several area nonprofit boards, including the Genesis Community Loan Fund, the Bath Area Back Pack Program, Eligibility Committee for the United Way of Midcoast Maine, and the Maine Association of Realtors Foundation. Julie and her husband live in Durham and have two sons.
