Home equity builder program
Our Equity Builder Program helps moderate and low income home buyers. Grants of up to $11,000 are available for everything from down payment and closing costs, to reimbursement for homebuyer education courses. We don’t charge a processing fee with this program. Plus, other fees are reduced or even waived.
This program is not restricted to first-time home buyers, but you may not own another home when you apply. Your household income must be at or below 80% of the area median income as defined by HUD. Schedule a meeting to learn more and see if you qualify.
