Facilities Assistant Manager - Bath
The Facilities Assistant Manager will assist the Facilities Officer with the efficient and effective operations of the facilities department to foster environments that promote productivity and well-being throughout all Bath Savings properties. The Assistant Manager will organize daily activities, ensure schedules / objectives are met, maintain and improve the standard operating procedures. It is crucial the candidate interacts professionally and develops positive relationships with bank staff, contractors, and vendors by learning and responding to their needs and requests.
Educational Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Familiarity with building systems and maintenance procedures
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Some technical knowledge or experience with carpentry work and painting preferred but not required
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Network Systems Specialist - Bath
As the Network Systems Specialist, you will have direct contact with other Bank employees and be expected to assist them in a prompt and professional manner. It is expected that you will implement and carry out Bank policy and procedure with respect to all functions and tasks performed.
As the Network Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the Bank’s network including the daily network administration tasks, system monitoring, and assisting with software upgrades, deployments, and customer training. All members of the IT Department provide an additional layer of support to our Help Desk.
Educational Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in the banking industry is preferred, but not required
- Network support and troubleshooting experience
- Windows server configuration and management and/or VMware experience
- Active Directory / Entra Experience
- Intune support experience
- Microsoft Exchange / Exchange Online experience
- DNS, DHCP, GPO Management
- SQL exposure
- Security minded
- Must be self-motivated and willing to learn
- Ability to read/write English and to understand and follow instructions as directed
- Ability to understand and follow procedures accurately, with attention to detail
- Ability to work together as a team; flexibility within a small department
- Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot
- Ability to communicate/converse with other individuals
- In-depth understanding of Microsoft products is required

Teller - Falmouth
The Full-time teller will work approximately 40 hours per week and will have direct contact with customers. All employees are expected to provide Exceptional Service in a prompt and professional manner. Duties include cash handling, processing transactions and responding to customer inquiries. Deposit Operations Specialist I - Bath
In your position, you will be responsible for all Deposit Operations tasks related to the daily production of ATM/Debit cards, review associated applications for accuracy, card maintenance and responsible for the logging, tracking and review of various card-related items. Responsibilities also include the monitoring and completion of a variety of card-related reports to ensure a clean and accurate database is maintained. It will be essential that you are able to adhere to set deadlines for assigned tasks with moderate supervision.

Customer Service Representative - South Portland
As a Customer Service Representative I, you will build life –long banking relationships with customers by taking the initiative to reach out and follow through with customers to ensure that the customer’s needs are fully met. As a Customer Service Representative I, you will acquire and expand new relationships.
Under the general direction of the Branch Manager, your primary responsibility is to build and expand customer relationships with perspective new account customers and existing customers using the Principals of Developing Exceptional Relationships as your guide. As a Customer Service Representative I, you will contribute to the sales growth of the office and ultimately the Bank.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent. Previous customer service with demonstrated cross-sales ability and cash handling experience required. Prior banking experience helpful.
- Relationship builder who is able to interact professionally and warmly with customers, identifying their needs and recommending suitable banking products and services while building trust.
- Professional communication skills with clear verbal and written communication to explain account options and terms in person and over the telephone
- Recognized for the ability to work well with others, a positive influence and team player.
- Ability to work independently and to collaborate with other departments and team members to provide exceptional service,
- Initiative and desire to help resolve problems and find appropriate solutions for customers.
- Must have excellent written, verbal and telephone communication skills through use of appropriate grammar
