Facilities Assistant Manager - Bath
The Facilities Assistant Manager will assist the Facilities Officer with the efficient and effective operations of the facilities department to foster environments that promote productivity and well-being throughout all Bath Savings properties. The Assistant Manager will organize daily activities, ensure schedules / objectives are met, maintain and improve the standard operating procedures. It is crucial the candidate interacts professionally and develops positive relationships with bank staff, contractors, and vendors by learning and responding to their needs and requests.
Educational Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Familiarity with building systems and maintenance procedures
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Some technical knowledge or experience with carpentry work and painting preferred but not required
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
· Problem solving, basic project management, customer service, vendor management, scheduling, and
organizational abilities

Teller - Falmouth
The Full-time teller will work approximately 40 hours per week and will have direct contact with customers. All employees are expected to provide Exceptional Service in a prompt and professional manner. Duties include cash handling, processing transactions and responding to customer inquiries. Loan Servicer II - Bath
You will have telephone and direct contact with customers and other Bank employees and be expected to assist them in a prompt and professional manner. It is expected that you will implement and carry out Bank policy and procedure with respect to all functions and tasks performed.
Your primary function will be keying new retail loans and amendments, processing incoming payments, monitoring non-escrow accounts for payment of taxes, and discharging paid notes. You will be expected to answer customer inquiries and provide research support to other customer service personnel. You will provide assistance to lenders and staff with regard to loan servicing issues and act as liaison between the Bank and agencies in the completion of your duties. You are expected to perform your duties in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.

Telephone Receptionist - Bath
Your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming telephone calls while providing a positive first impression for customers. Your responsibilities will include answering and directing calls, taking messages, providing information and maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. Additionally, as part of a regular rotation, you will warmly greet customers and visitors as they enter the Bath lobby, direct them to the appropriate person, and generally help to ensure that they have an exceptional service experience in the bank.
Educational Requirements
· Equivalent to high school diploma.
· Previous experience working as Receptionist, or similar role helpful.
· Exceptional communication and social skills with the ability to build strong relationships with each customer and employee interaction.
