Bath Savings Announces Promotions
Bath, Maine – (June 16, 2022) Bath Savings Institution (BSI) President & CEO Glenn Hutchinson, along with the Board of Trustees, has announced a number of promotions within the organization.
Human resources professional and long-time employee Susan G. Carleton was promoted to Executive Vice President, Human Resources.
Rebecca C. Launer, who joined BSI in 1990 as a teller, was named Executive Vice President, Branch Administration.
Patricia A. Bernier, who has been at the bank for 21 years, was named Senior Vice President, Information Systems.
Tatiana A. Chipilova, who joined the staff in 2016, was promoted to Senior Vice President, Finance.
Evan M. Libby, former Vice President Compliance Officer, was named Senior Vice President, Risk Management/Operations.
Justin H. Dionne, a BSI employee for 11 years, was promoted to Vice President, Commercial Lending.
Sarah J. Piper, who was hired as a teller in 2013, has been named Vice President, Commercial Lending.
Regina A. Booth, former Assistant Vice President Commercial Portfolio Officer, was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Commercial Lending

I’m confident they will continue to provide the exceptional service that Bath Savings is known for in their new roles,” said Hutchinson.
Bath Savings, celebrating its 170th anniversary this year, has been name one of the Best Places to Work in Maine every year since 2014.
