Bath, Maine – (October 1, 2024) Bath Savings Trust Company (BSTC) President Tom Whelan announced the appointment of Jim Goodbody as Vice President, Trust Officer.

“Jim comes to us with a wealth of experience, and we are thrilled to welcome him to the BSTC team,” Whelan said. “His expertise and dedication to providing outstanding customer service will be an asset to Bath Savings Trust Company as we look ahead to our 36th year in business.”

Jim is a native of Maine, growing up in Cumberland and graduating from Greely High School. He earned his BA from the University of New Hampshire and MBA from Boston University. Jim began his financial career in 2009 and spent the last 10 years as a financial advisor.

Outside of work Jim is deeply involved in his community, serving as Vice President of the Sunday River Ski and Snowboard Club and as a Donor Advisor for the Maine Community Foundation.
